Why Schedule Pickups?
Need a carrier to come to you? Shippy lets you schedule pickups directly from the Shipments tab. No third-party tools, no separate carrier portals - just select your shipments and go!
How to Schedule a Pickup
Head to Shippy by Dijy > Shipments
Select + Schedule pickup
Select the shipments you'd like to include; only pickup-eligible shipments will be available for selection
Review any applicable pickup fees (these vary by carrier and will be shown during the flow)
Confirm to schedule your pickup
💡 Not all shipments or carriers support pickups. Only eligible shipments will appear as selectable options during this process.
Bulk Selection
You can select multiple eligible shipments at once to schedule them under a single pickup, ideal for high-volume days when you have several orders ready to go.
Create a Pickup Manifest
Once your shipments are scheduled for pickup, generate a single, scannable manifest that represents every package your carrier needs to collect. This gives your driver one barcode to scan vs. scanning each label individually, speeding up pickup and reducing the chance of a missed shipment.
How it works
Schedule your pickup as usual from the Shippy Pickups tab.
Head to Shippy Settings > Shipments. Select the shipments included in your pickup.
Click Manifest to generate a single scannable document covering all selected shipments.
Hand the manifest to your carrier at pickup. One scan confirms all shipments at once.
A manifest consolidates everything your carrier needs into one document, so pickup takes seconds instead of minutes and nothing gets left off the truck.
Note: Only shipments selected in the Shipments tab will appear on the manifest. If you add a shipment after generating one, you'll need to create a new manifest to include it.
Pickup Fees
Pickup fees are carrier-dependent and will be displayed clearly during the scheduling flow before you confirm. There are no surprises - you'll see what you're being charged before committing.
