Plans & Postage
Shippy uses a straightforward billing model that separates your app subscription from your postage costs.
Here’s how it works:
Subscription Tiers
Your Shippy subscription gives you access to the app inside HubSpot. It determines how many shipments you can create per 30-day cycle. Each plan is flat-rate and includes access to features like presets, integrations, and reporting.
- Free Plan: 5 shipments/life
- Shipper: 50 shipments - $29/month
- Super Shipper: 200 shipments - $49/month
- Power Shipper: 500 shipments - $99/month
- Mega Shipper: Custom shipments/custom price
Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time from your app settings.

Postage Balance
Postage is billed separately from your subscription and is required to generate shipments. This balance works like a wallet - preload funds and use them as needed.
Adding funds to your postage balance will incur Processing Fees.
- If paying via Credit Card, your funds will be immediately available with a 2.9% + $0.30 fee.
- ACH additions will incur a 0.8% processing fee (up to $5.00) and takes 3-5 business days to reflect in your balance.
Postage is deducted instantly when finalizing a shipment. Be sure to review your details prior to generating - you can only initiate a refund before the shipment is scanned by your carrier. If you refund a shipment, that shipment will be VOID.
Payment Method
You’ll be prompted to add a payment method the first time you attempt to fund your postage wallet or subscribe to a plan. This method will be saved and used for all future charges unless updated.
