  • Orders

  • Custom Objects

These properties include: Recent Shippy Tracking number, Recent Shippy Tracking Status (dropdown), and Recent Shippy Tracking Status Detail (dropdown).

Activate App Cards

To interact with Shippy inside your CRM records, you'll need to activate App Cards. Don’t worry, this is a one-time action - simply follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your HubSpot Settings

  2. Under Account Management, head to Integrations > Connected Apps

  3. Click on "Shippy by Dijy"

  4. Select App cards > Manage locations:

  5. Click the checkbox under Right sidebar for each object where you'd like to activate Shippy. You can opt to enable cards in record view or preview mode. This includes:

    1. Contacts

    2. Companies

    3. Deals

    4. Tickets

    5. Custom Objects

    6. Help Desk sidebar

  6. Select Save in the bottom left-hand corner.

  7. Repeat steps #4-6 for each app card. "Generate Packing Slip" and "Generate Packing Slip (Record Preview)" can only be applied on Deals.

First-Time Setup

Now that you've activated the Shippy card, head to Contacts. Locate the card within the right-hand sidebar:

Next, click on Settings. You'll need to:

  1. Update your Account information on the first tab - this includes Basic Information, Contact Information, Billing Address, and Settings.

  2. Add Billing information on the second tab - this includes Payment Methods, Postage Balance, and Subscription Tier.

  3. Once Account + Billing tabs are both fulfilled, you may Close the settings and create your first shipment.

Please Note:

You'll need to fund your postage balance separately from your subscription plan.
