Shippy Connect Login Credentials
Are you having issues with your log in, or don't know where to start? Let's head to your HubSpot > Shippy Settings > Hardware > Setup Instructions to confirm you have the correct login credentials:
💡 Setup Instructions will contain all installation details, including your account's login credentials.
Your Shippy Connect username and password are shared at the account level and are not unique to individual users. You can find them under Your ShippyConnect Login:
Copy the email and password and paste them into the Username and Password fields accordingly. Click Sign in and you should be good to go!
