What is Live In-App Support?

We want help to always be within reach, especially when you're in the middle of creating a shipment. Live In-App Support brings the support chat directly into Shippy, so you never have to leave the app to get answers.

When you reach out through the in-app widget, our team receives context about exactly where you are in the shipment process. That means faster, more helpful responses - without you having to explain everything from scratch.

Information shared regarding your shipment does not included recipient details, addresses, or sensitive information.


How to Access Support

The Support button is easily accessible within your HubSpot records. You can locate it:

  1. On the View Packages card wherever the card is enabled.

  2. Inside the shipment generator as you work through shipment creation.

Simply click Support to open the chat widget and send us a message!


Unread Message Alerts

If a reply comes in while you've navigated away from the widget, don't worry - you won't miss it. An unread count badge will appear on the Support button to let you know a message is waiting. Just click back in to pick up the conversation.


Why We Built It This Way

Support should be easy to find, not something you go hunting for. By keeping it inside the app and tied to your current workflow, we can respond with the right context and get you back to shipping faster.
